We are processing your order within 24 hours. For all the orders we expect to deliver in approximately 1 week.  

Return policy

Hope you understand we do our best to make everyone happy and are working really hard to deliver the prettiest and best products. Returns are possible within 7 days, but keep in mind the environment means the world to us so have a second thought to send it back maybe you can make someone else happy with your pretty piece handmade with so much love. If you decide to return your pretty piece the return costs to the Netherlands are for you. 

If there is a manufacturing mistake make a notice by email within 7 days after receiving your pretty piece with clear photos of the manufacturing mistake so we can check. Return costs to the Netherlands are for you (also custom costs when charged), love to be transparent with you. We will do a refund to the original payment method within 2 weeks after we receive the pretty piece.
